The Build-Out Process (takes 10 months)
When we move into a vacant space, we bring everything with us. Our team designs and builds individual vendor units ranging from 100 to 600 square feet, each with dedicated electrical service, lighting, and storage. We install shared commercial kitchens for our restaurant vendors, a live music stage, communal seating areas, TV screens, and signage throughout the facility.
